Christmas for kids was a wonderful time for everyone this year. On Saturday, December 16 we celebrated the birthday of Jesus in great fashion! The children and adults enjoyed hearing the story of Jesus birth from Grandpa Jeff in a play led by the leaders of the event. Afterwards the kids scrambled to the arts and crafts table and used their creative minds to celebrate the coming of their Savior. No celebration is complete without musical chairs and the limbo. But I think the real party started when the adults had a turn at musical chairs. Congratulations to the Rivera’s for taking home the number #1 and #2 spots in musical chairs! We completed the celebration in birthday party style with cake and other deserts. Fun was had by all at this birthday celebration of our Savior, Jesus Christ!

On December 10th, Sure Foundation Lutheran Church installed the newest members of its Leadership Team! Team members include Andrew Braun (President, Church Development), Jeff Hoff (Member Care), Joaquín Ramsey (Secretary, Spiritual Growth), and Hugo Varela (Evangelism). These gifted men are eager to serve the Lord alongside the Sure Foundation Ministry Team to represent the members and to meet the needs of our congregation and community. We look forward to their faithful efforts as we together strive to Build Relationships for Jesus!
